- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff was friendly but their scheduling system is horrible! They only set appointments for kids under a certain age in the morning. What is that about? - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My son had a filling fall out. After going to our regular dentist, we were referred here and I called for a consultation. We go to the consultation appointment and instead, my son received a root canal. No explanation, no these are our options talk. He got numbed up for what I thought was a thorough exam, because hey, it was a consultation. Nope, it was a root canal. Majorly traumatic for my son. No explanation of what the procedure was going to entail, no compassion for him when he said his tooth was hurting. It was like my son was reduced to nothing more than a number rather than a human being, let alone a child. Not cool. It was a terrible experience.
